You don’t want to miss this special event!

The Brechin Scarecrow Festival is held at the Brechin Community Ball Park, 3227 Ramara Road #47. The event will take place on September 28, 2019. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you are bringing a tent, please note that you will be exhibiting on a grassy or cement site. Plan accordingly for a safe and secure tie-down of your tent. You are responsible for supplying your own table and chairs. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. Vendor event is open to the public at 10am. Vendors will be required to remain at the event until after 3pm. No vehicles will be allowed to enter until after the closing at 3 p.m.  

A $25 non refundable vendor table charge payment is required.  Applications will be processed only when vendor payment is received.Payment instructions can be found on the Donate page. Brechin and Beyond reserves the right to refuse an application based on product duplication.

Vendors are solely responsible for removal of all product and any garbage around vendor area after the event. Garbage and unsold merchandise is to leave the event with the vendor.

Our volunteers meet on the second Friday of each month at 9:30 am at the Township offices at 2297 Highway 12. Brechin and Beyond meetings are open to the public and we welcome you to mark your calendar and join us.
